Resume of Joseph Anania

Joe Anania has led an honorable if uncredentialed life. 

Born the son of two Sicilian immigrants who could not speak English, all worked their way to fluency and wealth. A man of the world, he has held many occupations.

He served with United States Army 86th Infantry Division in the South Pacific in World War II. He was the leading insurance agent for John Hancock in the SE Division, worked for the Missouri Pacific Railroad, owned an appliance store, owned a laundry, and was a meat manager for Publix supermarkets.

He has been married to his wife Kathy for 50 years, and respectably raised two self-reliant children.

During his life he has owned and managed numerous income properties, and bought and sold a fair number of real estate parcels.

He has been a successful self-employed businessman for over 35 years, and is presently a Realtor.  

He is a skilled negotiator and conversationalist.
