Return Policy - Products Other Than Apparel
You may return defective non-apparel goods within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund. When returning non-defective goods, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Apparel is custom-made to your order. If we have made an error in following your on-line instruction, you may return the new un-used apparel under the return policy stated just below for non-apparel products. If we have accurately followed your on-line instructions, apparel is not returnable. Please take a moment to understand why this is fair. These sales are to benefit the families of men and women who have lost their lives protecting us. If something isn't perfect, we would like to respectfully suggest that it could make a beautiful and appreciated gift for someone you know. That way we do not have to pay the credit card company a charge-back fee, pay employee to unpack and inspect and process the refund, discard the apparel (we do not re-sell apparel (you wouldn't want us to deliver used clothing to you)) and thus actually lose charity money on the sale. Apparel orders are manufactured promptly after your order, and therefore canceled orders follow the same procedure as returns. Receive the Wrong Item? Please email us with your order number and the facts. On All Returns: You must include proof of purchase. If you are returning a defective non-apparel product, or apparel which we did not manufacture according to your on-line instructions, we will refund your shipping after our receipt, inspection and acceptance.
