A notice to those who would misuse, exploit, or misappropriate the Seal of Assurance™:

You will forgive us if we speak bluntly. It is usually the best way to talk to bad guys.

The Seal of Assurance™ is a core program of Support Our Troops®. An extremely important tool for the protection and benefit of America's troops and their families, it has at great expense been thoroughly protected.

It is copyrighted in a multitude of forms at the Library of Congress. It is trademarked at the United States Trademark Office.

Support Our Troops® pursues personal and corporate statutory treble damages and attorney fees from those who violate these legal protections (such violations pierce the corporate veil). Copyright violations additionally incur a $100,000 statutory penalty plus attorney's fees for each article or advertisement. Not each run. Each item run off.

Support Our Troops® also pursues and assists criminal prosecution in each case. And why not, the troops often bleed for all of us, and so anyone who would steal from them should see slight mercy.

If you are thinking about trying to work around the Seal of Approval, or create anything like it in any form or adaptation, don't.
