Applicant has contacted Support Our Troops^® (SOT^®) and requested to Register online for a certain purpose.  This purpose is without limitation one of the following from which these Registration Terms are linked on the website:  an Application to License an Event (rally or fundraiser); Applications or entry forms for raffles and other events; an Application to License a Trademark; an Application to use the Seal of Assurance; a Supplier Application.

In exchange for the opportunity to exchange information and be evaluated for the opportunity to be accepted or approved for these or other purposes from which these Registration Terms are linked on the website, full sufficiency of which as consideration to bind the parties to these Registration Terms  is hereby acknowledged,  Applicant agrees to these Registration Terms.

Relationship of Parties. Applicant is an not an agent, employee, franchisee, joint venture, partner or owner of  SOT.  All rights and powers not expressly granted to the Applicant are expressly reserved to SOT.   Nothing contained in these Registration Terms  shall be construed to make the Applicant or SOT an agent for each other for any purpose, and neither party hereto shall have any right whatsoever to incur any liabilities or obligations on behalf or binding upon the other party.

Entire Terms. These Registration Terms constitute the entire agreement between Applicant and SOT, and all prior and contemporaneous oral and written statements, promises, agreements and understandings are incorporated herein, and none of such are binding unless set forth herein.  The Website Terms of Use are incorporated herein by reference, and shall control over any inconsistency between the two documents.  If Applicant has previously  entered into another agreement with SOT for another purpose, then that agreement continues separately in force and effect.

Applicant accepts the Website Terms of Use  by submitting the online Registration Form.   For clarity and additional notice, some provisions of the Website Terms of Use are specifically incorporated herein by use of the phrase “As per Website Terms of Use” and where that phrase is used it  means that for that topic, the comparable provision of the Website Terms of Use posted on the www.SupportOurTroops.org website is incorporated by reference into the indicated place in this agreement.

Convenience Listing. In some cases SOT may for the convenience of an Applicant pre-establish an account with a user name and initial password, and then notify Applicant of that. Such Applicant logging into the Program Area with that user name and password constitutes Applicant’s acceptance of these Registration Terms and ratification and confirmation of Registration as though itself done.

Further Forms. Applicant and the individual completing the Registration agree to execute such other forms as are necessary in furtherance of these Registration Terms or SOT's rights set forth herein. Any arbitration proceeding demanded by SOT to compel specific performance of this paragraph shall be limited to that matter only and no other subject matter may be made part of it.

Limitation Liability; Liquidated Damages.  You expressly understand and agree that SOT, its employees, distributors, directors, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, lost revenue, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your registration or SOT evaluating you for the event, license, or program for which you may ultimately further apply and accepting or declining  you therefor.  You agree that in no event will our maximum liability for same, together with the maximum liability of our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, third party beneficiaries, reseller and reseller representatives, co-branders or other partners, under this agreement for any matter exceed an aggregate of one dollar (US$1) as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.   You as your sole and exclusive remedy hereunder will only have the right to receive from us the aforesaid sum as liquidated damages.

Privacy Act. Applicant's electronic signature on the Registration constitutes a written instruction under the privacy act and any state privacy law to the Applicant's email provider and the state agency which administers Applicant’s driver license to if necessary match up same to confirm Applicant's identity in the event it is does not match.

Guarantee. The person completing, and the person signing, the Registration, or otherwise accepting these Registration Terms on behalf Applicant personally guarantees the obligations of Applicant set forth in these Registration Terms.

Waiver Of Right to Jury Trial. BY EXECUTING THE REGISTRATION AND THEREBY ACCEPTING THESE REGISTRATION TERMS , THE PARTIES HERETO KNOWINGLY AND WILLINGLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT THEY HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE REGISTRATION, THESE REGISTRATION TERMS  OR THE ISSUES RAISED BY ANY SUCH DISPUTE.
