To order your Support Our Troops! plate:

1. Pay using the "NC Plate Payment" button in the right margin of this webpage.
2. The amount is $30 or $60 depending on personalization. This is a flat rate state fee and revenue neutral to you regardless of where you are in your renewal cycle; it does not affect your normal registration fees, so act today!
3. Download and fill out the State's license plate application form.
4. Mail your application form to Support Our Troops^® at the address stated on the last page of application form (we have to submit the initial 300 to the DMV in one group).

The plate was created by the Legislature and signed into law by the Governor. The last step in the process is for us to collect 300 initial paid applications and turn them in to the DMV.  They will then manufacture the plates and place them in all tag offices for general sales statewide. The DMV will send these initial 200 plates directly to those who sign up for them.
